😊: Beautiful property despite the steps. Great central location.. 😢: Showers were a little smelly.

😊: I left a previous, two paragraph, review, starting with the positive aspects of our stay, but following up with some of the disastrous shortcomings that spoilt it completely. I note that you have pinned up the first paragraph only - how DISHONEST of you!. 😢: Pretty much everything, from the near-impossibility of gaining access to the dirty states and stench of drains in the apartment. I can add to that the lack of availability of WiFi, which gad been offered, the kack of television services, the lack of mention in the publicity of the 5 flights of stairs to reach the property, the lack of functional air conditioning, the broken coffee machine...I could go on!.

😊: Incredible location, right in the heart of Rouen and next to a brilliant bakery. Is a long walk up a spiral staircase so pack light, but the view is worth it! Rooms spacious, each had a shower but two of them were pretty stinky- kind of wet drain style smell which lingered and did make one room in particular quite unpleasant. We stayed 2 nights, and that was plenty to be honest..

We really loved our stay here, the only thing we think could improve is the communication and the helpfulness of the staff. Everything else was truly amazing and we loved the place.

😊: Once in, everything was fantastic and would highly recommend this accommodation! 3 bedrooms, each with their own shower which was very unusual to find, particularly in a central location and great value for money!. 😢: Keys were easy to obtain, but there was no info in the welcome pack to explain that the set of keys included a key fob that was actually what was needed to gain entry. Took us 10 mins of trying the 5-6 keys on the chain with no success before that came to light (looked just like a keychain). Would suggest the welcome info is updated to make this point clearer..

Incroyable<br>#128578; La vue exceptionnelle, l'emplacement extrêmement central, le charme du lieu, très spacieux, parfaitement bien équipé, très joliment décoré, la réactivité des hôtes. Et Rouen, la ville aux cent clochers est une ville superbe, son architecture, son centre ville piéton et en plus tellement de commerces de bouches et un marché magnifique. On a adoré (adolescents adultes)
