Au fil de l'eau

Very nice neighborhood in the old town of Metz and a cozy apartement.

The property was not prepared for our arrival. The bed had been slept in, unmade, and the sheets had not been changed. The bathroom was a mess with water on the floor and two used towels in the corner. When we called "Rock n Share" they told us they would send someone over to clean it. This required us to vacate the room for several hours. When we came back, the bed was made, but there were no towels in the bathroom. We were unable to bath the next day. I called again and spoke to Louna to request towels in the morning. She apologized and said they would get us towels as soon as possible. We did not receive the towels until 4 pm, approximately 8 hours later. This is a poorly managed apartment and I would advise all travelers to avoid.

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Die Lage und Art der Altbauwohnung.<br>#128577; Liegt halt im Anwohner Innenstadt Bereich und man muss kurz zum Ausladen stoppen und das Auto in die Tiefgarage.

Séjour juste parfait en famille,avec...<br>#128578; Très bien situé! La voiture est restée sur un parking gratuit! Toutes les visites ont été faite à pieds! La vue est magnifique depuis l'appartement, et tout les restaurants ,aux environs sont excellant! Super séjour à Metz!!!!

A gorgeous apartment in the...<br>#128578; Fantastic location, right next to Temple Neuf (which makes for an incredible view) and minutes from the cathedral and Christmas markets. The entire apartment was spotless and as stunning as it is in the pictures. We couldn’t fault anything about this property, the customer service was absolutely wonderful - so friendly and helpful! It was a lovely touch to find a welcome book full of recommendations for the best patisseries, restaurants, lunch spots, and local tourism/entertainment ...<br>#128577; Nothing!
