😊: Near parking and very walkable to old town and attractions. Very helpful host!. 😢: Bed was a little soft. And do note that need to climb up flight of stairs..

😊: For the price it’s very good but there are some things to be aware off. The big pluses, and there are many, is its location. You are on a walking street right in the middle of this beautiful city. Restaurants and supermarkets are all a few minutes walk away. The pizzas and the butcher near the front entrance are really good. The apartment is clean and has double glazed windows which suppresses the noise from the restaurants on a Friday night. It also has a good washing machine, stove and kitchenette and the bed is comfortable. Parking nearby is 16euro and clean and safe. The parking bays are typically small.. 😢: However, be aware that the reason it is cheaper is because there are some wear and tear issues and it has been renovated I suspect by a handyman. The photos provided by the owner don’t quite show some of these issues. The bedroom and bed are small. There are some cracked tiles around the bath, the bath has a thumb sized patch where it was chipped. It was however all clean. The floor is uneven[to be expected in these old houses] and there is a bit of damage on the Lino floor. The steps to the first floor entrance are safe but un-renovated and untidy. I would have loved this place if I was younger but as an older traveller I should have paid some more for a slightly better level of accommodation..
