😊: The key lock box was empty so we had to phone the proprietor who arrived 30 minutes later. We had driven for 9 hours and arrived in sub-zero temperatures to find no key!. 😢: There was rotting food on top of the fridge. Used tissues on the bedside table. One light switch was hanging off the wall with exposed wiring. The sanitary bin in the toilet had not been emptied. The kitchen floor was covered in food crumbs. I have used booking.com for a long, long time and I am surprised this property is on their books — it was awful!.

😊: Great size and layout. Kitchen very well kitted out and thoughtfully stocked. Central location in a quiet cul-de-sac.. 😢: The instructions to get in were inadequate. It took us ages to find, and once we had located the correct floor, we had to try the key in different doors to identify our appartment. I don't know if Booking.com allows images in messages, but a map would be helpful. Maintenance has been neglected, e.g. window blinds don't work. Just a little more furniture would improve it, e.g. nightstands by the main bed rather than wicker dining chairs. A slight update on appliances, bathroom fittings, decoration, and functioning wifi would transform this tired space..

😊: Large flat. Internet is available, contrary to listing on Booking.com.. 😢: Found the instructions to find the flat confusing and I ended up in another No. 16. A set of pictures from the road to the flat and lock box would be a great help..
