Gets sun from afternoon to evening. Can drive along front go into centre of Concarneau. 😢: Any noise from neighbouring flats carried, but mainly quiet..

Appartement lumineux, propre, bien équipé, très belles prestations. L'hôte a pensé à tout pour passer un bon séjour : dès notre arrivée, elle avait déposé dans le réfrigérateur, une bouteille de cidre et d'eau. C'était parfait. Nous le conseillons vivement.

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Die Lage zum langen Sable blanc war sehr gut.Schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht von den kleinen Balkonen aus.Die Größe der Fewo samt Ausstattung war gut.<br>#128577; Das Badezimmer war zwar groß und auf den ersten Blick modern ausgestattet,erwies sich aber als recht unpraktikabel ,was an den sehr flachen Waschbecken lag und an der freistehenden Badewanne,die ein Duschen ohne Überschwemmung fast unmöglich machte.Baden war auch nicht möglich wg Defekt des Schließmechanismuses.

Exceptional<br>#128578; Absolutely beautiful apartment, super spacious and comfortable, amazing location, and Maryvonne was very kind and helpful when I called with an incredibly stupid question (it turns out the main door is a push, not a pull) and even directed me to the nearest location where I could get a good drink after what was obviously a very long day. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt von leider nur knapp acht Tagen sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderbar. Das helle Appartment ist einfach, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wie in der Beschreibung gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an fast nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit problemlos und angenehm - ein großer Vorteil für uns: Sie spricht aus deutsch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très agréable, lumineux, vue sur mer. Possible d’aller à pied au centre ville (3 km) Plage des sables blancs et thalasso juste à côté. Propriétaire à l’ecoute. Je recommande.
