😊: The apartment is super sweet, and comfortable to be im.. 😢: It could use some fresh painting, and some small fixes..

Home was all right. Lots of storage which was great. However the unit could use some upgrading. So uncomfortable, carpet was dingy. Air conditioning was not vented and therefore blasted hot air in addition to cold air into the space. The loft was very warm in May and I can only imagine how hot it would be in the summer. Just need some attention and upgrading.

All was as expected. Pictures reflect Reality. We did know other appartments in this house and we do know the area.

This apartment is just beautiful, obviously a designer, with so many thoughtful appointments. Two bathrooms one up and one down, lots of space and storage. Gorgeous trees outside the floor to ceiling windows and soooo quiet. Absolutely no street noise. The metro was an easy block or so away with the supermarket just around the corner and lots of delicious bakeries and restaurants. All of this is great but the best part is the host/owner Mr Ben who was outstanding. Super communicator and very helpful with everything. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was the best ever. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
