😊: Location right in front of the lake. 😢: The cleanliness of the apartment was borderline. What was truly unacceptable, however, was the pest infestation in one of the bedrooms (bedbugs or carpet beetles—see photos) and the host’s handling of the situation. The host did not respond seriously until more than a day later, and even then merely denied the infestation, without offering additional cleaning or accepting a cancellation. Booking.com, on the other hand, took the infestation seriously and immediately granted the maximum possible partial refund when we decided not to stay at the property..

😊: The property view is outstanding and being able to swim in the lake from the front door is wonderful.. 😢: The parking being the other side of a tricky to cross road was challenging at times with luggage. There is an underground tunnel which helps but adds a layer of complexity that caused some issues.
