😊: Location and above a bakery. 😢: Could have been cleaner, and doorways suit short people. We are tall..

😊: Convenient parking. We unloaded our bags at the property then drove a very short distance to a covered car park. Good location for restaurants etc.. 😢: Cockroaches at the entrance and also coming underneath the front door into the lounge area. Kids didn't sleep well as they were scared of the cockroaches. Very hot and stuffy. There's an aircon unit in the bedroom but it didn't do much for the rest of the flat. We opened a window but a cat immediately came in so had to close it again (and try and get rid of the cat). One of our children was on the sofa bed, the other on the futon in our room. With the futon pulled out, you have to literally step over that person to try and get to the toilet/bathroom. Having someone sleep on the futon is not really practical at all. Not really enough bedding either. The shower drain smelled of sewers and most of the plug sockets had signs saying they were broken and do not use, so we had to plug most of our electricals on in the kitchen and leave them there. Rat droppings by the front entrance as well..

😊: Very Comfortable relaxing living area, Bed is quite comfortable but squashed into the space and difficult to walk around.The kitchen is ok but needs a better layout, quite hard to prepare meals in.. 😢: The extra charges for early check in and late checkout is excessive at 20 euro an hour. The cost of apartment is quite expensive for the amount of time you can use it. The walls need cleaning or repainting . The arrangements for parking is difficult and takes up so much time finding it and having to collect the parking card from the apartment and then return it. The apartment was difficult to find and the garden area is scruffy and dirty and covered in cigarette ends.

😢: always bit too hot because the bakery is just Downstairs? also smell bit not good because of it? the shower wasn't strong and hot enough. the entrance wasn't clean enough. We didn't see anyone which is maybe fine for most of people but we had previously kind welcome from the host. otherwise all good!.
