Beautiful 4 rooms sea airport

😊: Perfect location for access to all of Nice - 1 short tram ride from the airport and easy flat walk to the train station to access beaches and towns in the Riviera as day trips. Our host greeted us on arrival and was very helpful with our questions. Despite the summer heat the apartment had lovely sea breezes and an air conditioner if needed. Baggage was easy to manage with lift access to the spacious apartment, with 3 generous sized bedrooms..

😊: We had an amazing stay! The apartment is very well equipped, with all the appliances and kitchen utensils needed for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, and it was spotlessly clean. The location is excellent: it is about a 10-minute walk from the airport, just 3 minutes from the metro and train station, and there is a supermarket about 5 minutes away, as well as several other shops and businesses in the surrounding area. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. He was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and sent us lots of useful information about local businesses and public transport. He also gave us great suggestions for places to visit and explained how to get there. The only downside was the heat at night. Although there is air conditioning in the living room, the bedrooms can get quite hot, and only one of them has a fan, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Other than the heat at night, our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we highly recommend this accommodation!.

😊: Decor and every room had a balcony to sit and look out and soak up the sun. 😢: Just was a little distance away from main city but tram and uber where great , little has 15 mins.

😊: Very clean, separate bedrooms for each of us with a patio for each room. Host and Hostess super friendly and very helpful. Newly furnished and freshly painted. Great amenities, and would be perfect for a long weekend. 😢: Parking is a challenge if you’re out late. And some traffic noise if you want to sleep with the patio door open. Not a deterrent by any means though. I’d stay again..
