While the property is centrally located and is tastefully decorated, it was covered in accumulated dirt, I contacted the owners with photos hoping for a cleaner , their reaction, an oversight . During the heatwave there were 2 fans , which didn’t take the edge off the 39 degree days

Could not have asked for a nicer greeting from the manager. Also owners were quick to respond to emails. Apartment is very well kept and decorated and has everything you need for any length of stay. We loved that we just walked out the door and were close to shops, restaurants and especially the Market on Saturday!!!! Would recommend highly!!!!!

Loesje the apartment manager is an absolute diamond from moment we made contact on arrival at the airport, checking in and then upon checking out, her nature and warmth really shine! The apartments location is perfect. The bed was very comfortable, great big shower. Very tastefully furnished. Highly recommended Ma Cantine for excellent high quality fare and unpretentious. Bev a vin was superb also, eat out in the courtyard under the fig trees! Swimming in the local rivers is a must and was a highlight of our trip as too was the fabulous Saturday Market. Staying at Simon and Suzanne's apartment was lovely. From the onset Simon was very professional and personable, making the booking arrangements straightforward. During our stay he was also very helpful. We appreciated these things very much. The apartment is in a great spot to enjoy village life. It is tasteful and comfortable. The thoughtfully chosen finishes and furnishings make for a very pleasurable environment. Uzes is a wonderful location to be based for the exploration of Provence. This was a very positive experience for us and one I would recommend.
