Bel appartement Type T3 climatisé

😊: The only positive side for us was the location near the St Charles station. Bt the same time, the area isn't very nice. The pics for the rooms are real, and the renovation of the flat looks nice, but the building is terrible. Please keep reading.. 😢: Where to begin... For beginners, this is not for families. The experience was more of an escape room to get the keys than a pleasant stay. I received critical information about check-in (like the precise ADDRESS!!!, codes etc) at 15:20 on the days of the stay. I requested information via all possible means days in advance, including booking.com client support, and not even them manage to contact the property. Incredible and unacceptable. On top: - Internet never worked. - Impossible to sleep in the area, mega noisy including two fireworks sessions after midnight. - The floor was disgusting. - Pillows had no covers and were more disgusting than the floor. - You wake up with the fresh smell of cigarettes after sleeping on those mattresses. - A funny one, the floor is incredibly inclined and you feel dizzy all day just because this. If you place something round on the table or any surface, it's just going to roll away XD. I'd love to share a video, but it's not possible. - Many more come to my mind, and we just spent ONE night, but I think this is just enough..

😊: We love to stay the place it's comfy and close to any transportation by bus and train. And accessible going to the beaches. A lot of shops around and it's not pricey.. 😢: Just the area or streets it's a bit dirty ..

😊: Clean. 😢: The host wanted a deposit of 150eur to even let us in (wasn’t communicated on the listing). Very hard communication with the host (speaks only french, doesn’t give you straight answers to questions about amenities you payed for). The AC works only in the living room, the bedrooms are too hot to sleep in, one of them doesn’t even have a window. The listing says 24hour front desk, but it is not a hotel just a hard to find apartment with creepy entrance with no one to help you. You don’t get a full address in advance, only if you pay the deposit. Not enough outlets (some of them even not working). We got 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 4 days, only 4 towels and not enough duvet covers for everyone. The neighbourhood is scary and sketchy.
