The communication and check in with the host Marie-Pierre was excellent. The villa and gardens are well organised and spotless . Especially enjoyed the outdoor bbq and bar area in the evening sunset. Accommodated 5 adults comfortably. We would return again. Thank you.

Lovely property but could do with washing up !iquid and rubbish bags

Both the spacious new house and the wonderful garden were of top quality in a nice little village next to Carcassonne. Having one bedroom downstairs was very welcome to one of our companions. We will recommand it to all our friends.

Greeted upon arrival by housekeeper Claudine, who was just lovely and explained all the basic information needed (though think I need to brush up on my rudimentary French!). Property lives up to expectations, clean, well kept, with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. All electrical items are fairly straight forward to use, though for those not so fluent in French will need to ensure that you have means to translate any instructions provided. We made use of the outside bbq on many occasions, taking advantage of the lovely walled garden and the beautiful spectacular evening sunsets and starlit skies during our stay. The figs from the fig tree in the garden were amazing! Property had easy access to all routes and local supermarkets. You definitely need a car to get about. Only negatives are that we were only provided with one set of bath towels each for our 2 week stay, the bathroom had very minimal toilet roll was lacking any hand soap through out the property, a first experience for us, as always provided during previous holiday lets. To provide basics, such as a loaf of bread and a bottle of wine, is always a nice touch. Check out was smooth, Claudine's husband came to the property (apologies unable to recall his name), however he was very friendly and helpful. All in all we had relaxing two weeks and would recommend the property. Kind regards Leisa & Andy Smith
