Belle villa pour 8 personnes avec piscine privée!

Beautiful house, great location and nice environment. Large infinity pool with a great view over the valley. We very much enjoyed our stay at villa Merle!

Zwei tolle Ferienhäuser mit viel Platz, mehreren Terrassen und schönem Pool. Ruhige Lage, etwa abgelegen. Auto notwendig. Check in sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Had a great three week great place and location excellent just small downside yes internet available but no use had to use my phone with 4G to get anything also advertise microwave which both properties don’t have apart from that fab break will return even if I have to get booster for my 4G thanks to Robin who looked after us well. La villa séparée en 2 maisons independantes permet de préserver des moments d'intimité. Tout le monde se retrouve autour de la piscine et de sa grande terrasse. La villa s'apprécie tout particulièrement par son espace extérieur. Une location à recommander pour des vacances estivales.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour en famille dans cette très belle maison avec une très belle vue sur vallée avec hameau sans vis à vis. Bien que la chaleur était caniculaire, grâce aux vielles pierres de construction traditionnelles, nous avons pu trouver un peu de douceur à l'interieur. La terrasse sur piscine est exposée sud, un parasol supplémentaire aurait été bienvenu à cette période très chaude. Merci encore pour l'accueil. Au plaisir de revenir chez vous.

We had 12 lovely days at this beautiful place. Two separate units sharing a common outdoor space makes this the perfect choice for two couples or families. The location is close to many of the most interesting and beautiful sights of Perigord Noir. The pool, the views from the terrace, the location, the local markets, restaurants, etc - a perfect vacation!

Wonderful peaceful/tranquil location, great infinity pool and patio area. Quite unique having the property split into 2 equally good spacious homes: we resided in the single storey property near the pool and my son and son in law stayed in the two storey building overlooking the pool. We are early risers they are late so this configuration was excellent. The rest of the time we spent together round the pool, swimming, eating and relaxing. The amenties in the locality were good, especially loved the patisseries and the markets which sold local produce. There are some good small ones close by but I think the 15/20 Mins trip to the one at Issigeac is well worth it, lovely setting too. We also had some excellent meals in the local restaurants, of which there are quite a few to choose from. Oh and Ruby our dog loved it as there was lots of walks - we went on a different one everyday. In fact we all loved it. The only downside was we only stayed a week- we wished we could have stayed longer.

My family and I stayed 1 week in Villa Merle in the summer of 2018, everything from the booking to the driving directions to the house itself, and the reception itself was absolutely perfect. An incredibly beautiful house, the setting for a great holiday for my family, it's definitely not the last time I've used Villa Merle.
