Bezuel, votre F3 avec parking en centre ville

Great location in old town Rouen, easy walking to all the sites, (small) car parking was helpful. Going up the stairs to the apartment was awful, it smelled bad, part of the wall covering was peeled back, revealing what we believed was black mold. There were stickers saying raticide had been sprayed. Inside the apartment it was ok clean, but at times had a stale urine smell coming from the shower. Not sure why, since the toilet is in a separate room.

Small apartment in the heart of old Rouen. Great location, and a place to park a car was very helpful.

A well located apartment in the centre of Rouen. Property management were responsive. There is parking on site but the access is narrow and not suitable for a larger vehicle.

Good central location.
