😢: When we arrived, we experienced the first inconvenience - there was no key in the key-box, which caused stress that we were potentially cheated on for our stay. We were able to enter the apartment 45 minutes after the check-in time, waiting outside, in the rain in front of the building in the dark. The apartment could not be properly heated even with the radiator at maximum. There was no additional cover for sleeping. On the contrary, the shower was broken on the boiled level of water, without the possibility of turning it to cold. Also, only one large towel was left per person for 5 days of staying (no, you don't wipe your face and body with the same towel). The internet didn't work more than it worked, it had to be restarted all the time.
