😊: Location was good.. 😢: Very below average accomodation which we ended up leaving early. The place looks great, but super non-functional (including no working showers!!!!). No oven, no lights? (Other than lamps in each room), terrible pillows with no extras, five flights of stairs which are either twisty or have a super low roof which was super difficult for taking suitcases up, tiny bar fridge only and some of the pans aren’t compatible with the cooking stove so didn’t work. The necessities weren’t there either, barely any toilet paper, no paper towel, 1 dishwasher tablet for a four day stay, no oil (even though it was advised on the check in info there was). The shower upstairs didn’t work and the shower at the bottom of the property leaked water everywhere. We messaged the host and informed them the upstairs shower wasn’t working and they did not respond (noticed a review from two weeks earlier saying the same thing). The bathroom window was also looking directly into the upstairs neighbours with no blinds or curtains. Car parking was close but very very tight, and the street access around the property was also extremely tight. We had a wagon and barely made it in the entrance without scratches. Before we received check in details we were asked for a €500 deposit through a third party website. We tried two cards both of which didn’t work and were advised we must pay cash. This all seemed very dodgey and we were unable to cancel the accommodation (which we wanted to do) as we would of forfeited our money. Continued trying to pay the deposit and finally worked (6 hours before check in)..

😊: Location. 😢: Lighting not great. Stairs. Distance of 2nd bathroom.

😊: Communication with the host was great. The place is beautiful – a modern and stylish experience in a charming old house.. 😢: While the house is beautiful, the stairs are very steep and there are three levels to reach the bedrooms. It may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.
