😊: I give these 'marks' as it was literally a port in a storm, flight cancelled in CDG and nothing offered by Air France and flights booked for the following day. The apartment is quite a way out - taxi driver took half an hour and 40 euro - fine, we were cold and tired having had a 14 hour journey - the apartment was basic to say the best, had it been for a longer stay I would have left, it gave us a warm place, clean linen and a bed to sleep in, obviously no tea, coffee but no milk (it was a last minute booking) - no water, not a biscuit - nothing. It was very grubby, in very poor decorative condition and looked like some unsafe wardrobe doors, very basic - marks given as I said for being available, the owner attentive which I thank him for - it is not for long stay at that cost.. 😢: Grubby, lots of damage, wardrobe doors missing in one bedroom, what looked like unstable doors in the hallway, broken door to one bedroom, no bedside lights, 2nd bedroom cold (heating was on - thank you)..

😊: Lovely spacious apartment with everything we needed for a couple of days. Great for a family. Good location for local amenities like supermarket, boulangerie. Availability of parking was a bonus.. 😢: We struggled with the parking sensor and couldn't get it to open the garage door no matter where we pointed it. Some clear instructions on how to use it would have been helpful. Also instructions could make it clear that you can't enter the car park until you've been into the apartment and found the remote control. Also that you need to find the correct staircase /lift from the car park (they are numbered but I didn't realise this when I arrived) as I took the wrong one to start with. The lock on the apartment door took some getting used to! I waited longer than 5 seconds before it opened and it seemed to not work if you tried the code again too soon..
