😊: It was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The word would be grimey. Some of the furniture was broken. The place has everything one would need for a business trip like mine. But the place needs to be professionally cleaned regularly..

😊: Location is great right on the bay with beautiful views.. 😢: No elevator and no AC. 4 flights up stairs was a horrible experience with luggage. It got really bothersome doing this everyday. Sewerage smell as soon as you turn on the shower. Washing machine door is broken and would not open. Had to run it once to no success. The owner suggested to run it again offering no extra help. Bed Linen was thin and rough and did not feel clean. Towels were old and hard..

Appartement en cours de restauration il reste qqs points a finir et a fignoler mais très bien. Bien isolé. Chambre au calme, spacieuse et lit super mais la vue est pas top. Le propriétaire est a l'écoute et disponible.<br>#128577; Attention pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés motrices car pas d ascenseur escaliers++

Magnifique, appartement, spacieux, lumineux, avec...<br>#128578; Localisation idéale, avec une vue incroyable sur le Vieux-Port et la bonne mère. Métro au pied. Les chambres donnent sur une arrivée cours et sont tout à fait au calme.

Breath of fresh air.<br>#128578; Location was excellent overlooking the port amazing view. All facilities you could ask for was there. Very quiet apartment block. Many restaurants and pubs ☘️ on your door step. The owner was very professional from start to finish.<br>#128577; Maybe the 4 flights of stairs but don’t let that out you off the apartment itself is worth those stairs ❤️
