Calme absolu au coeur des quartiers pittoresques de la vielle ville

This apartment is perfect for two people. The host provides useful amenities like a stove top, refrigerator, kettle, dishwasher, laundry machine, and hair dryer. The bed is comfortable, there is a fan provided and plenty of extra bedding. The location is perfect for walking around Annecy and great lake access. The space is clean and neat. The check in and out process is very easy.

We had a lovely stay. So quiet yet in amongst the heart of the Old Town. We loved getting up each morning and walking 20 mtrs to get delicious croissants and pastries from the bakery. The balcony in the apartment was lovely to spend time on...thank you Jean-Philippe

Great small flat in the heart of the Old Town in Annecy. Great location Close to many restaurants and a short walk from the train station. Very well equipped and the balcony was a surprisingly peaceful spot. Jean-Phillipe was super helpful too. Thank you, we look forward to returning :)

The apartment was clean and spacious and located right in the heart of old town. It was a short walking distance from all of the sights in old town, restaurants, and the lake. Jean-Philippe is a great host who was very helpful! You can park in the Sainte-Claire parking garage (closest one to the apartment) and put your ticket in the pay station machine and pre-pay for a 2, 3, or 5 day parking pass. This was an excellent stay!

First rate for location and a good size balcony for two people to relax outside.

We had a great time at comfortable apartment. It's also really convenient as it's near the Bonlieu during Annecy Film Festival. It’s quieter than I expected despite being among restaurants. I would like to come back in the near future. Thank you!

We loved our stay in the old town area- so nice to have our own apartmwnt and small kitchen. Lovely hosts- we are looking forward to returning in the future!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Jean-Philippe, qui a été très gentil et arrangeant. Le logement est très propre, bien agencé et décoré, tout le nécessaire est à disposition. La terrasse est très agréable et l'appartement est vraiment au calme! Nous reviendrons.
