😊: The only positive point was Stephanie, who was very kind, concerned, and tried to help despite limited English.. 😢: We booked this apartment for three people, but the experience was extremely disappointing. There was no bedding or linen for the third guest. The sofa bed was very difficult to open, and the bedding inside was clearly used, dirty, wrinkled, and stained. The floors were also dirty, with leftover pieces of children’s stickers. I have provided photo evidence. We were told this bedding was “clean,” which was simply not true. Only one towel per person was provided, which is unacceptable, and there was no extra pillow. The first night was extremely uncomfortable and stressful. Fresh bedding was only provided later (still damp), and the cleaning issues were resolved only the next day. Additionally, the agency required a €150 cash deposit, which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. I had to go and collect it myself after checkout and was also asked to provide a video proving the apartment was in good condition. This is highly unprofessional..

We loved the location. We could walk to everything yet the apartment was quiet. Great size, bright, clean and lots of big windows. Would definitely stay there again.

The location of the appartment and the communication with the team was very good and friendly. The check in went well and also the parking was very close by. Unfortunately the appartment was not very clean, especially kitchen and bathroom.
