😊: We were satisfied with our stay. The location is very convenient – just a 4-minute walk to the sea. The apartment is new, clean, and compact, but comfortable enough for our family of four. We especially appreciated the three air conditioners, which made a real difference in the summer heat. The interior is simple but tasteful, with some nice decorative touches that create a cozy feeling. The kitchen is well equipped – there were all the essentials such as pots, pans, a colander, a grater, as well as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and kettle. This was very practical for us as a family. There is also a small terrace with sun loungers, where it was pleasant to spend time. Parking is right next to the apartment, which is convenient, though the entrance is quite narrow, so you need to be careful. The owner was attentive and responsive. For example, when we mentioned that there were no larger tea cups, he bought and delivered new ones the same day. Overall, we had a good and comfortable stay. Next to the building there is a restaurant, and sometimes cooking smells could be noticed inside the apartment, which made it difficult to keep the bedroom windows open during meal preparation times. In the evenings and occasionally at night it could also be noisy outside. There is some traffic noise, but it usually calms down around 11–12 p.m. But a couple of times there were songs or celebrations. It was not comfortable for us. These are small external nuances that the owner cannot influence, but it may be useful to know if you are sensitive to noise or smells.. 😢: I also mentioned a few small details in my review that are not related to the owners themselves, but I think they are useful to know when booking this apartment..
