Cannes Marina Residence

Great pool. Lovely bay view

Staff and general property is good. We had two rentals. The primary rental was a bit different than expected. Freeway side balcony was very long and narrow without even a chair. It ran the length of the master, which had the bed at one end and on the far wall a television and no seating. The length of the room was to accommodate the bathroom and laundry closet. The living/dining/kitchen was one area, as anticipated and adequate. The balcony off that space had three chairs and a small table with a lovely view of the bay, grounds and area. The second rental was spur of the moment when we realized the sleeping situation was undesirableas they had to comeinto the bedroom tovreach the loo. Their efficiency unit, which we were lucky to get, was fine. They simply came upstairs to lounge and dine the few times we stayed in.

Friendly stuff,good location and many options for money.

This place has no signs and feels like a compond so many locks and keys and pool area has no chairs or anything, place was clean but not good for vacations nothing near by and no communication with staff Only a clean room with uncomfortable bed to sleep and had to drive everywhere Had to take the garbage out before leaving I should have booked a hotel if I was looking for relaxing and neighbours were banging the door and partying all night on Sunday Good place to stay long term not vacation

Very well maintained and clean, with maid every second day . Grocery shopping 5 min walk away , and free local bus 10 minute walk . Swimming pool was Olympic size and never busy . Perfect for laps ! Very quiet and peaceful surroundings .

Second time , good place to stay , safe, near supermarket, nice pool. I’ll be back.

Very well equipped unit with washing machine, dishwasher, and sufficient utensils and dishes to make meals. Lovely balcony unit overlooking the marina, pool, and Mediterranean. Excellent large supermarket and bakery 5 minute walk away.

We very much enjoyed the stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It is an "apartment" accommodation and not hotel so the expectations are different. Rooms were clean and efficient. We would certainly stay there again. The views are wonderful with the sun rising above the hills in the morning and setting over the marina in the evening. Pool was huge.
