Cap d'Agde private villa near sea beach with swimming pool and large plot

From the minute we arrived Jason was amazing! Welcoming us to his villa, which is exactly what we hoped for. Gorgeous out door space, large open plan living area and gorgeous bedrooms. The place was spotless, with a few welcome gifts, which was a lovely touch. Jason was on hand if we needed, but this was not necessary for us. He sent us a list of recommendations of places to eat, which was a great help. We visited his family hotel the Capao for an amazing meal. Highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area. Can’t thank Jason enough for an amazing holiday and I know we will be back.

What a lovely house, beautiful garden, nice swimming pool. Very close to the beach and nice restaurants. Family with 4 teenagers aged 18-22 years.

Rented this property for a short family break of 4 nights, the villa was excellent, location excellent and the the host, Jason, if I could give him more than 5 stars I would, he met us on our arrival and fully explained about the villa, ie security, Wi-Fi etc. Jason also contacted us throughout our stay to check if everything was alright and was on hand to recommend restaurants and places to visit. The villa is exactly as it looks in the listing and is a 5 minute walk to the beach (also beautiful) and about 10 minutes to a shopping area. I cannot recommend this property highly enough

Fully equiped and spacious house with a lovely garden and swimming pool. Really close to the beach, so best of both worlds! Jason is a great host and took us for a great evening surprise. We have rented a dozen houses over the past years; this one is our absolute number one!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment. La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. La piscine et l’extérieur est top. Jason est un hote exceptionnel: prise de contact à son initiative bien avant notre arrivée, très réactif et arrangeant. Nous vous recommandons fortement cette location! Concernant la localisation: Accès en voiture très facile. Il faut 5mn à pied pour arriver sur une belle plage. En 10mn à pied vous êtes au Mail avec des restos et commerces. Pour aller plus loin (île aux loisirs ou port) il vous faudra prendre un vélo ou la voiture mais ce n’est vraiment pas un problème.

Nous avons passés de bonnes vacances chez Jason. Situation très calme. Belle piscine et non loins de la plage. Jason est à l'écoute et tout de suite dispo en cas de nécessité. Il nous a donné des conseils de restos. Merci beaucoup à toi et ton frère!!! Nous sommes prêts à revenir. 😁

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique grace à l’emplacement de la résidence et aussi et surtout par la résidence où nous nous sentions comme à la maison

Tout se prête à ne plus sortir ! Le lieu est parfait dans sa conception et dans les prestations qu’il offre : du calme, de l’espace, de la fonctionnalité et de multiples lieux pour se poser et juste profiter... nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille. Jason contribue beaucoup à ce bien être, merci encore pour tout.
