We had an excellent stay. The house was just a short walk from the sea and had a lovely pool and outside areas. It was really well equipped in every way. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. There was a slight miscommunication about where to put the various garbage bins for collection, but apart from that everything was perfect.

Das Haus ist liebevoll und dennoch praktisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Besondere Highlights sind der Pool und die Nähe zum Strand/Meer. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich; sie möchte, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen. Und so war es denn auch: Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub dort verbracht!

Wir verbrachten als 6-köpfige Familie eine wünderschöne Woche in dieser grosszügigen Villa. Sie ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt, sehr großzügig einem sehr schönen Garten (inkl Apprikosenbaum und Kräuterbeet das genutzt werden durfte) und großem Pool. Die Villa ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und lässt definitiv keine Wünsche offen. Besonders die Aufteilung der Räume, inklusive der Funtionsräume (Abstellraum und Garage) hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter bietet das große Wohn-Esszimmer viele Möglichkeiten. Auch die übrige Einrichtung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig: die Ausstattung der Küche mit, unter anderem, Nespressomaschine, fanden wir toll. Trockner und Waschmaschine im großen Abstellraum und viele Möglichkeiten zur Lagerung von Vorräten dort, waren sehr praktisch! Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, 2 Minuten zu Fuss vom Strand, 8 Minuten mit dem Auto zu einem Hyper U Einkaufszentrum und 800m zum nächsten Bäcker für die frischen Baguettes und Croissants am Morgen. Die Übergabe des Hauses bei unserer Ankunft und auch bei unserer Abreise war sehr unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und angenehm, genauso, wie der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin vorher! Wir können dieses Haus und ebenso die Vermieterin nur empfehlen, bedanken uns für die Gelegenheit, diese Villa nutzen zu dürfen und kommen sicher wieder!!

Modern with a classical twist, this very clean and well-presented property won't disappoint you. It is full of modern touches including; robot grass cutting and pool cleaning, electric entrance gates, electric window blinds, electric sun canopies and most importantly it is fully air conditioned. The seating is comfortable as are the beds, though the beds are on the firm side and the single beds are a bit narrow. The kitchen is well exceptionally well equipped however, we lacked a kettle. The laundry room has two washing machines, two tumble dryers, an ironing board with iron and plenty of product to clean your laundry with. The pool is heated to a very comfortable temperature via an air source heat pump and has a toddler’s pool as well. The pool is not deep going from approximately 80cm in the shallow end to approximately 160cm in the deep end. A nice touch is the outside toilet and shower room. There is ample seating outside along with sun loungers and dining table. The property is fully enclosed so your children can't escape and the gardens which are automatically irrigated, circumnavigate the villa. The beach and restaurants are a 500m walk and are wonderfully sandy with plenty of room even in high season. Astrid and Robert have made a real 'oasis of paradise' here and we can honestly say that our holiday has been the best family holiday we have ever had. TRULY FANTASTIC!!!!

Nous avons passé 2 formidables semaines dans cette belle villa proche de toutes commodités et qui correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous nous sommes bien amusés avec notre fille de 3 ans dans la piscine et nous avons apprécié les soirées tranquilles et agréables sur la grande terrasse. La plage la plus proche se situe à environ 300m et est facilement accessible à pieds. Le niveau de la mer y est idéal pour les tous petits et il n'y a pas beaucoup de vagues. Concernant l'aménagement intérieur de la maison, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir parfaitement à l'aise et d'une propreté irréprochable. La cuisine est très bien équipée, le canapé ainsi que les lits sont super confortables. Un grand merci à M.-P. pour l'accueil et le départ très chaleureux ainsi qu'à Astrid qui était toujours à l'écoute et qui nous a permis de passer de magnifiques vacances. A fabulous villa, a short walk to the beach, and a bike ride away from the old port of Agde. Every thought has gone in to making this a lovely place to stay where you don't have to worry about anything and can just relax. The villa is beautifully appointed with everything you could need throughout the house, especially the kitchen. Beds were lovely and comfy with 'proper' duvets and sheets, with the blinds down we slept well past brunch after some very sociable evenings out on the patio! The owners were incredibly helpful and gently kept in touch at just the right times with very thoughtful messages - we were made to feel very welcome indeed. Beach was nice mix of quite patches with bars and activities further along if needed. The newer marina at Agde is a bustling place of bars and restaurants, but is definitely set up for the holiday tourists. The old port on the Canal du Midi retains the relaxed South of France vibe with a few good places to eat. Overall I would highly recommend this lovely villa to anyone looking for a place to stay for a week or two in the area.

We have been to this place two times and we always loved to stay there. Located pretty close to the beach. You either walk there within 5 minutes or simply take one of the bycicles. The owners take care that you check in at a very clean house. The pool is nice and there is also much space inside the house. in comparance to Hotel stars we would give 5+!
