Superb<br>#128578; The property was in an excellent location, really close to the station for our arrival/departure but also a 5-minute walk to the beautiful lake the old town. There are loads of shops/cafes/restaurants nearby, but the apartment was lovely quiet all the time, even when the street outside was busy. The apartment had everything that we needed and was really easy to access with excellent communication from the hosts throughout our stay.<br>#128577; It could get a little hot in the apartment without air conditioning, but there are a couple of fans available, which definitely helped.

Le lac est accessible à pied facilement. Les lits sont confortables et la cuisine bien équipée. Le WIFI fonctionne sans souci.<br>#128577; 3ème étage sans ascenseur donc non recommandé pour personnes à mobilité réduite.

Exceptional<br>#128578; Location was superb, right on the edge of the old town and only a few minutes walk to the centre. Cafes and shops just round the corner. The apartment is very quiet, considering how close the shops are you don't hear anything. Large supermarket and mall is about a 7 minute walk. The apartment is very spacious, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. There was everything in the apartment you could possibly need. Host was very friendly and helpful. He met us on arrival and again before...<br>#128577; We liked everything about the apartment.

Great location.Very good communication from Alexandre, always answered question within minutes.Always asked if things were ok throughout stay. Meet and greet at duplex was excellent.Everything provided in duplex.Up 3 flights of stairs, to duplex entrance, didnt bother us but may bother some people.<br>#128577; No air conditioning, bedroom too warm at night, fans provided and needed to keep mosquitoes at bay.

Voortreffelijk<br>#128578; Perfecte locatie in centrum van Annecy. Appartement is van alle gemakken en voorzieningen voorzien. Conciërge is altijd bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Enige minpunt was dat er een hittegolf heerste ten tijden dat wij er waren. Maar dat is niet beïnvloedbaar en heeft niets te maken met het appartement zelf.
