😊: So the apartment mainly had everything when it comes to kitchen equipment - but I would really not recommend this apartment to anyone. See below for my why’s. 😢: - So the windows did not let any light through as they were all misted over/fuzzy. It’s why you see that the balcony is open in the pictures - it gives a wrong expression of the apartment. We felt that we were living in the basement.. and the balcony was not useful as it was too small.. So to be honest - we were very sad and felt that we were living in the basement.. the apartment was not luxury at all and overpriced. So we should have read the other comments more carefully, but will try to write a honest review so that others summer vacation doesn’t get ruined because of this place.. Also, the owner of apartment responded only in french, did not responded in many days so I needed to call before arriving the apartment. After we told them that the pictures didn’t correspond with the reality they didn’t help us at all. So needed to book another place for some days just to get some daylight and have a balcony. See for yourself as I will upload pictures. Also it was very hard with the stroller upstairs as the front door is too small and it’s no elevator..

😊: The property was so central to everything and so clean would really recommend and will be booking again.

Great Apartment - Highly Recommended<br>#128578; The location of this apartment is absolutely ideal for getting around Nice. It is just a couple of minutes from the main shopping street but in a quiet setting. The tiny street the apartment is on isn't the grandest, with a car park opposite and bike garage next door but do not be put off by this, it felt very safe and is just so convenient. The area it is in has a lot and grand buildings and is a pleasure to walk around. Whilst the entrance to the apartment block is uninspiring the ...<br>#128577; Really not much not to like. I guess the fact that we would happily return to this apartment again tells you all you need to know.

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; Un séjour absolument parfait ! L’appartement était impeccable : propre, moderne, et plutôt spacieux. La décoration contemporaine donnait une ambiance très agréable et confortable. L’emplacement était idéal, proche des principales attractions et dans un quartier calme. Un grand merci aux propriétaires, qui ont été vraiment sympathiques et accueillant. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et j’y reviendrai sans hésitation lors de mon prochain séjour !
