Very clean and tidy, kitchen was extremely well equipped for self catering. Comfy bed and lovely shower. Lots of storage. Felt very safe and secure. Really close to train station and shops / cafes, and a bus stop directly outside front door! We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend if you want a comfy, clean, good value base for the Côte d'Azur, and if you'd like...<br>#128577; Road outside was quite loud. Curtains were a little translucent - we had a privacy room divider to cover the bed, but in the living / kitchen at night we felt a tiny bit exposed.

Small clean and comfy very...<br>#128578; As stated on listing the apt is tiny and it’s NOT located in the old town but it is a few blocks and a few min walk from the train station. It’s an easy walk to tourist office and old town and the seaside. Step outside and you’re at the bus stop. Bus 600 will take you to Nice for 2.25 E and the buses to Sospel and Tende are also just outside. While not the prettiest part of town it’s convenient. Apt is as listed, it’s tiny but neat and clean.
