Central Nice, quiet, stunning 5 bed, 6 bath 'loft' house, parking, 100m to beach

We have used VRBO a few times and this time I was a little disappointed. The rooms were pretty clean but the shower in one room was broken and another shower had a broken ledge that caused the floor to flood with each shower The mattress in one of lower bedrooms had a deep diver on one side very difficult to sleepThe bathroom in the main bedroom did not have working light over the sink. The second befroom upstairs had some blinds but the main bedroomHad none not very privateThe location is very good easy walk to tram and 20 minutes to main train line I believe the property could be great if some interior workIs fone

I stayed here with my wife children and their spouses a total of 6 people. It was a very comfortable place. As the other reviews mentioned the layout is a bit quirky but nothing that should deter you from staying here. The kitchen and the hot tub were especially terrific. The location is awesome. A 5 minute walk to the promenade and beach. Old town is about a 25 minute walk but very enjoyable.

The hot tub worked well and was hot enough. Would be good to have doors separating it from the main room as the smell of the chemicals was pretty overpowering. There isn’t a beach view. Alexandra was welcoming and helpful. There were a couple of minor issues, light above the main bedroom sink not working and a couple of the loos cisterns were overflowing which was annoying in the main bedroom as it was going all night. But on the whole the space worked well for us.

The accommodation is in a good location, very near the beach and tram from the airport. There are lots of bakeries, restaurants etc nearby. It is gated so very secure. There were plenty of room for the 6 of us. The accommodation could sleep 10 comfortably though there are only 6 large plates! The jacuzzi was a bonus too. The master bedroom has no curtains/blinds so is a bit exposed to light and privacy could be an issue as another bedroom looks into it. The WiFi was a problem throughout our stay as it worked sporadically the 1st 3 days and not at all the last 2. The hostess was very approachable and kept in touch. If you are sharing a room be prepared for no toilet doors as each bathroom area opens directly onto the bedroom. It suited the 6 of us very well though. We loved our stay in Nice. Be aware of pickpockets though and keep belongings safe!

Amazing stay. We loved the location, the house was very well furnished. No noise. Definitely recommend.

The house is one of several in a courtyard in a commercial district. The courtyard is calm, although we could sometimes hear children playing in it—a nice sound not bothersome. There is lots of open space in the house and it accommodated our group of 9 easily. The dining room table accommodated us and our visiting in-laws. The kids loved having the beaches—both public and private—near by. We found a good Thai and Italian neighborhood restaurants . We would definitely pick this house again.

This is are 4th stay at the property and still as lovely as the first, big thank you to Alex helping us out, when I fight home was cancelled. Definitely recommend stay here and sure we will be back.

There were some issues at this rental, including main living room sofa with a broken leg that kept falling off. Upstairs shower in one of our bedrooms that didn't work well... so our kids had to shower in our bathroom. Power went out 1 night due to using the Washer/Dryer and probably having the air-conditioning it. Otherwise, it was great and the hostess, Alexandra was very responsive to all requests.
