For our first visit to...<br>#128578; Greeted personally by host - Yves, who very kindly waited at apartment for us, when we arrived later than expected.<br>#128577; Although there was a grill we would have liked a simple electric toaster.

I highly recommend<br>#128578; The accommodation was very pleasant and comfortable, excellently located near the train station (2 minutes) and Promenade des Anglais (10 minutes). Clean, well-equipped kitchen, very kind owner. I will definitely return.<br>#128577; -

Esperienza positiva<br>#128578; La struttura è molto accogliente, pulita e spaziosa, si può trovare tutto il necessario per il pernottamento ed in più é situata in un punto strategico, pochi minuti a piedi sia per la stazione che per il centro, dove si possono trovare tutti i mezzi per lo spostamento. Il padrone di casa è molto gentile e disponibile, offre tutte le informazioni necessarie. Consiglio vivamente

Incredible apartment which makes my...<br>#128578; The location is very central and very near to Gare Nice Ville and tram Gare Theirs and only walking distance to the beach. The room and amenities is more than enough for us.<br>#128577; Everything is great but the shower drainage is slow and we have to wait for a few minutes until the water pool is cleared.
