CHALET COMFORT WITH POOL CENTER THONES 10 MIN FROM RESORTS / LAKE

Nous sommes ravis de notre semaine dans cette location, propriétaire très sympathique et toujours à l’écoute. Le chalet est beau avec une ambiance chaleureuse, il possède toutes les prestations pour passer une belle semaine de vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Great location, about 8 kms from Annecy. Nice and quiet, very clean and comfortable, lovely pool. Annick very accommodating as we changed our holiday dates twice due to covid. Very close to shops. Would come again.

Chalet très chaleureux et bien adapté aux familles. Très bien équipé côté cuisine. Avons skiés sur la Clusaz , le trajet se fait facilement, en à peine 15mn en voiture

Very clean, well-equipped, new but with lots of traditional touches, this is a really lovely chalet. Very convenient for Thônes and for the mountains, we’d love to stay again.

Nice, clean house with 3 lovely bedrooms on the edge of the nice little town of Thones. Travel bed for baby available. Great garden, pool and parking at the house and a perfect location to explore the wonderful area. The ad states 1 small animal is allowed at request; we asked if it was OK to bring our labradoodle (mid-large dog), which was no problem!

Tout était parfait pour nous lors de ce séjour il ne manque rien les lits sont confortables la piscine à 29 degrés le jardin immense la piece a vivre grande et agréable. Et la propriétaire était charmante lors de nos échanges téléphoniques : merci !

We spent a wonderful week this summer in the chalet in Thones. It is situated just outside the town in a quiet residential area. Although you could walk into the town, we found it easier to drive, as parking was not a problem. There is a big supermarket within 5 mins drive to collect your groceries and several bakers in the centre for your morning croissants! The chalet itself is very spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. However the real plus with this property is the outside space. There is a very large, well maintained garden, which leads directly down to the river. There is a BBQ and several areas with outside seating. The swimming pool is a reasonable size and has a retractable roof. I would thoroughly recommend this property and the area. La Clusaz which is a 20 min drive, has a beautiful swimming pool, cable cars and a summer luge which is perfect for children. You are also close to Lake Annecy, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. We hope to return very soon!
