Chalet Le Solaret

Nice house with good spice. Worked very well for us. Short drive to good food store. If we go back to Megeve for skiing, this is a house we will rent agian.

Nicely appointed property with everything we needed. Close to the supermarket. Well equiped kitchen. Seating area a little small for our large group of eight adults. The bedrooms are nicely done the mattresses are very comfortable the only criticism we all had were that the pillows on the beds were very unsupportive, very flat! All in all a great chalet for a ski holiday, the owners are very kind and helpful.

We were staying in Megeve to catch one of the Tour de France stages. This was a beautifully appointed and well thought out chalet. It was easy to walk into Megeve. Quiet location and great views of Mont Blanc and parapenters! We were all adults but the chalet layout would have worked well with a range of ages. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation in a good location to access a variety of ski areas and Megeve itself. We had a very pleasant stay. The property suited our group of six adults with good sleeping spaces and lovely open pan kitchen/dining and living area. Our only observation was that the actual comfy seating in the living area is not quite adequate for a group of 8 adults so our only recommendation would be that a few extra comfy chairs would make this accommodation perfect.

This very large and very comfortable Chalet was perfect for us (9). Everything is there and functioning well. It is a beautiful place to be in with view on the mont blanc and 5 minutes by car from Rochebrune parking lot and the ski pistes. Very nice hosts (Thierry and Josianne) and very attentive to our needs. Perfect rental, we will be back.
