😊: Great chalet Great location close to ski lift Kitchen well equipped Good communication with the owner ahead of the trip. 😢: A luxury chalet with matching prices but guests need to bring/buy their own soap, toiletries, toilet paper, kitchen towels, washing supplies etc. No service / concierge service except for daily cleaning No information about the chalet upon arrival Issue between owner and service provider Requested to show up later than check in time and still the chalet wasn’t ready upon arrival.
