This is a great apartment in an excellent location - quiet yet plenty in the neighborhood and close to lots of public transportation. The apartment itself is a nice, classic Parisian apartment complete with a separate little work room - very convenient for remote workers. GuestReady made sure all of the amenities are there, including a washing machine and little dishwasher. The things to keep in mind are the very split bathroom, meaning you have to walk through the living room and bedroom to get from the toilet to the sink. That and the bedroom being tight for two people - if you want access to both sides of the bed there will be little room on either side. Finally, the checkin and checkout are in person with an agent. Helpful at checkin, but an agent coming for 40-60 minutes at checkout to take pictures is very inconvenient.

It was a lovely stay. The place is well-equipped, and the heating system is perfect for winter. The only problem was when I left the key inside the flat and had to contact them to see if there was a spare. That bit of customer service was a bit of a faff. Otherwise, though, it was a good stay that I would recommend.

Ideal flat for a stay in Paris, comfort of the flat all equipped, quiet, very well furnished. Close to the city centre and very good walking areas. Excellent experience.

The flat is well structured. The lounge/kitchen area has a good TV and the kitchen is practical and well equipped. The bedroom has a large wardrobe which is useful for longer stays. There is also a small room that serves well as an office. The internet worked well. The bathroom was very clean and the shower regulates the water very well. My wife and I spent almost three months in the flat and it suited us well. It is very close to the Jardin des Plantes and there are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. There's also a metro two blocks away. In short, we had a good stay there.
