😊: Amazing location, adorable apartment in an authentic little Rouen house, super nice staff and very nice amenities. We will definitely be back here!. 😢: The mattress was a bit stiff but definitely not to an uncomfortable degree..

😊: Superb value, especially for central Rouen location. Ground floor was lovely and cool during heatwave. Good security (electric shutters and deadbolts). Comfy bed and sofa bed, with free cot. All very clean too. Well equipped with an excellent coffee machine and extras like cooking spices, shower soap, towels, etc.. 😢: No parking. Decent shower, though could do with maintenance. Communal hallway in poor condition. Bedroom not very private, due to overlooking windows. No freezer compartment on fridge..

😊: Great location it’s super nearby for everything.
