A somewhat austere, but very...<br>#128578; The flat is really charming, in downtown Bayeux, with a view to the old city and (with a bit of gymnastics) to the cathedral. Third floor (in the attic), no elevator, just a nice, creaky wooden staircase. Every necessary shops (and a well-appreciated lavomatique, as there is no washing machine in the flat) is in a 5 minutes walk. No own parking place, but always enough free (from charge) places in 5 minutes (although not in the Rue des Teinturiers, always full). In case of problem, our host was ...<br>#128577; Just small tweaks: in the entrance/living room, that we also used to sleep in, no sunshades on the windows. The doors don't close well, so making a noise in the kitchen may wake up those still sleeping. Bathroom is OK but no facility to dry up the floor which will be inevitably wet. Fridge is small, no oven.
