😊: Location, close to the beach, balcony. 😢: N/A.

😊: If your fate brings you to Cagnes Sur Mer, then IMHO you should definitely book this apartment. It's strategically located next to many shops for grocery and food. There's also a supermarket not very far (I always walk there, but your mileage may vary on this). There are all the bells and whistles to cook, heat, wash dishes and clothes - plus all the necessary stuff if you make a mess. This was not the first time I went there and I'll keep going if it's available for my next trips.. 😢: Technically speaking, this is not my host's fault. However, it the doorbell could somehow deactivated it would be a plus. Sure, first time this happened... but one night around 1 AM someone decided they liked to ring the bell. Several times...

😊: A very well‑equipped apartment. Everything was available — towels, extra blankets, coffee machine capsules, even basic spices and ingredients. Perfectly located on the seaside promenade.. 😢: -.

😊: It's the third time I've been staying there. So I guess there's something I like about it :D The flat is nice, in the area you can find all that you want to eat in or to go out(lots of restaurants in the area). Parking is usually a breeze, it's not free but fare is reasonable (0.80€ per hour - on site or on Indigo app). I think it's wonderful for two people. Can accomodate 4 but of course it won't be as cosy. There is all you need to cook and have your meal. Including a Nespresso machine. I like to change, but if there's nothing new that's worth trying I'll be definitely going back here.. 😢: Cannot really blame the host for this, the only downside (just this time) was the guy/gal in the flat above, who was moving the sofa around at all times. And it was moving it a lot, Not really a problem, but definitely a nuisance..

😊: Very comfortable with everything required for a relaxing stay. Close to railway and bus links. Very hospitable host. Always available for advice etc. 😢: Nothing. It was ideal for our requirements..
