😊: The location is great. In front of the building you have train station which leads you to the airport and to the center of the city. The apartment is big, comfortable for two persons.. 😢: It was not very clean. And the bad is uncomfortable for sleeping..

😊: Great location, nice balcony, the store in the same building, close to the beach, the host answers the questions right away. 😢: Bed (sofa), too much noise from the street.

😊: The apartment was very close to the sea. The owner gave me her hairdryer for a few days as the one that was inside the apartment didn’t work. The supermarket and the bakery ware in the same building which was really convenient. 😢: It was dirty under the sofa bed. I found the following things in dust( the picture is attached) and after a very long journey I had to clean and wash the floor which was the very last thing I wanted to do but as I was with a child I had to. There was no blanket to cover with at night but luckily I have found some cloth that reminded of a curtain in the wardrobe, I washed it, dried it and used it as a blanket at night It was noisy because of the traffic and the proximity of the trams stops..

😊: The location is in the centre of Nice and that's very convienient to explore nice. It's about 4 minutes walking distance of the beach and for a place to rent LIME bikes, which makes it easy to discover the city. It has a kitchen.. 😢: The communication with the hosts is in French so I had to use google translate a lot. We had some miscommunication about the check in. In the end I could check in at 2 o'clock, but I got the wrong room and had to switch again. The bed was not made, it was just a couch..
