😊: Good apartment, lovely balcony.. 😢: Massive dustbunnies on the floor in all rooms, dried pasta and cardboard on the floor which clearly had not even been vacuumed. Bathroom mirror so damned unclean, bathtub not clean, someone else's hair stuck in the hair dryer (gross!). Finding other's dirt is a real turnoff and taints the whole impression. SMALL things matter!!! Change the opening direction of the fridge! Make sure there is basic salt and pepper in the place and bonus for a small bottle of cooking oil. Invest in that instead of the tiny bottle of wine on the table!.
