😊: Good location, close to buses and access around Caen .. 😢: The shower drain was backed up and we spent time trying to sort it. It meant very quick showers to avoid drowning the floor. This was obviously an ongoing issue as there was drain unblocker available. The owner was helpful but it still used up a good portion of our stay and not the nicest job trying to unblock someone else's drain. However it was still a very good rental and hopefully will be sorted by the owner soon..

😊: Very little. 😢: The property hadn’t been cleaned on our arrival, dirty towels on the bathroom floor, bed linen not changed, rubbish in the kitchen. Host didn’t know anything about it. Host very unaccommodating. Blocked drains and bathroom flooded..

😊: Had all the commodities and amenities Nice decorated and modern furnishings 20 minute walk/ 5 minute taxi ride to city center. 😢: Everything was satisfactory and as expected.

😊: The kitchen is enormous and well-outfitted with all the appliances and utensils one could want. We really appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is quiet and has good light through the large windows. The dedicated parking lot was much appreciated.. 😢: The bedroom/dining area is a bit cramped.

😊: Nice clean property. 😢: Minor problem with the mirror in the bathroom falling off.
