A lovely accommodation. Clean and modern and comfortable. Location is outstanding - literally across the street from Chateau Caen, a 5 minute walk to restaurants in the old part of town, and all the sights you want to see are within a 30 minute walk (max). (Note there are offices on the upper floor of the house, but other than their cars arriving/departing on the gravel drive we never heard a thing.)

The location was perfect - close to the castle and an easy walk into the centre of town. The accommodation was roomy, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. On site parking was a great advantage. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in this area - easy to access all the sites on the coast and to venture into Calvados.

Great place to stay for our trip to Normandy ,Well presented and modern aparment and free parking as a bonus Hosts were very helpfull and accommodation had everthing you needed truly a home from home .And plenty of pubs and restaurants within a very short walking distance .We would highly recommend this place for your trip to caen or the normandy region 5 stars from us

Gîte très bien équipé et très bien placé. Au pied du château et à 1 minute de la rue aux restaurants. Super séjour, à recommander les yeux fermés Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

The apartment was absolutely perfect, very clean, well done, and included everything we could want or need. Information was provided for around the area as well. This is a wonderful place to rent. I would come back here the next time I am in the area.

Je recommande cette location qui comporte tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir très bien et aussi par l'emplacement tout proche du centre-ville. La possibilité d'un garage fut un plus.

Appartement de qualité. Très calme. Très bien équipé. Description dans l'annonce tout à fait conforme. L'espace extérieur que l'on voit sur les photos est très agréable. Garage pour la voiture.
