😊: Clean, lovely kitchen, bathroom and bedding.. 😢: Property looks like a shop rather than a house. It opens directly onto the road, so difficult with dogs and children. Lights from the approaching traffic come directly on house. There is no ground floor garden. Access to the garden is up 2 flights of twisting stairs and then up 2 more sets of concrete stairs. The concrete stairs are particularly dangerous, especially coming down from the garden. It is not a garden where children can play and is 4 flights of twisting stairs up from the kitchen so getting food and drinks inconvenient. Booking.com states onsite parking which is incorrect. Parking is 100 yards down the road in a busy public car park. We booked this property for private onsite parking and garden for the dog, it had neither. This coupled with the safety issue of the stairs meant we decided not to stay as it was too risky and we felt unsafe (my husband is 79 but fit and active, but not worth the risk). The property would suit couples without pets or young children. We requested a refund due to no onsite parking, which as advertised. No explanation in advert about the difficulty of accessing the garden or the stairs. As of yet no refund given 😢 so we have lost nearly €600.

Beware!! Do not rent this accommodation with VRBO. This is not a legitimate listing on here. We were scammed!!! We turned up and the managers knew nothing about our booking and had never used VRBO to rent it and it already had a long standing tenant there. It was a nightmare for us having to find alternative accommodation late at night after spending the whole day travelling there. It was a further nightmare trying to get the money back.
