Charmante villa indépendante avec jardin à 5 mn du centre d'Aix-en-Provence

The little house was very nice. Situated right outside of a suburb village of Aix-en-Provence, with just the right amount of privacy, calmness and proximity to the city itself. A little supermarket (U Utille) is located right across the street of the entrance to the enclosure in which the house is located. Very convenient. Also, the bus direction city center (about 20 minutes trip) is leaving right in front of the little supermarket. All other neccessary shops are in approx. 10 minutes walking distance.The little villa itself is as mentioned before very nice. All neccessary equipment is available and functional. The house was in an "okay" clean state but the facilities needed some extra cleaning by ourselves.Pool was excelent but only available to use for us between 10:00am and 5:00pm. The communication with the owner was always very quick, friendly and easy.Stayed for one week, single couple, no pets.

Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Freundliche Vermieterin. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt und alles was in der Beschreibung stand stimmte 100%. Alles war eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte.

Très bon accueil avec une petite attention qui se trouvait dans le réfrigérateur😉. Ce logement typiquement Provençal, calme et agréable. La piscine était un vrai plus avec cette chaleur.

Wir sind eine kleine Familie mit zwei Kinder vier und sechs und das Haus erfüllt alle unsere Erwartungen. Swimmingpool ist nicht so tief (ungefähr 1.50 m) und Kinder lernt schwimmen dort. Alles was perfect für eine Woche Ferien. Sauber, modern und sehr schön.

Sehr gute Lage etwas außerhalb von Aix, kleiner Supermarkt auf der anderen Seite. Kleines Haus mit guter Ausstattung auch in der Küche (und Waschmaschine). Schöne Terrasse! Eingezäunt, was den Aufenthalt mit Hund sehr angenehm macht. Sehr freundliche Besitzerin, die sehr hilfsbereit und tolerant ist!
