Charming 3 p. garden level 5 min walk from Valbonne village

This was the perfect place from which to explore the Cote D’Azur! 20 minutes from Antibes, Grasse, Cagnes sur Mer and only 30 minutes from Nice. The flat is graciously detailed and thoughtfully arranged. Having 2 private outdoor spaces made the stay infinitely more enjoyable. Our host was always available if we needed anything.

A lovely apartment home with two pleasant outside seating areas. Very easy walk into Valbonne, although a little hilly but not a difficult walk. Handy car parking space just outside the property and very nice close neighbours who offered to help us out if needed, although we didn't need to call on them. Helen, the owner, lives away from the property so we had total privacy and were able to make it out home for our three week stay.

Hélène was wonderful to work with and she always responded promptly to our emails. We stayed here for 10 days with our 13 year old son and found her place to be very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the ability to easily walk into town each morning for our croissants. Our son could even walk into town to explore on his own. The excellent WiFi and parking place were a real plus. There is plenty of activity in and around Valbonne including a lovely Friday market. Each day we could make trips out to the areas around Valbonne such as Monaco, Nice, Antibes and Cannes. After a busy day sightseeing, it was wonderful to return "home" and enjoy a nice meal on the patio. I would certainly recommend this place to our friends.
