charming apartment building 19th in historic city center.

Henri was a great host and made us feel right at home. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for getting to know the historic center of Vannes which is right next to the apartment. Super convenient, highly recommend!

Henri picked us up and delivered us back to the train station. The location is very good. An elevator to the third floor and two staircases to the apartment. Small, but good use of space. Well equipped. We spent eight nights. Grocery stores/shops near by. Wednesday and Saturday markets are great.

Accueil formidable nous avons passé un séjour génial place de la mairie des décorations de Noël grandioses..un grand merci aux propriétaires pour l'accueil et le petit verre offert à notre arrivée..ne changer rien..

Petit appartement très bien aménagé et avec goût, dans un immeuble de style, idéalement situé dans le centre-ville. J'y ai passé un excellent séjour.

A very nice and cosy Flat under the roof, decorated in a style which fits to the building age :-), with everything needed, kitchen has all you need if you like cooking, very clean and well situated in regards to the inner city and the harbor. Very good introduction by Mssr. Le Scoarnec, helpful and friendly. We can recommend this flat for sure and will come back on our next Bretagne Trip.

We certainly loved our stay in Vannes, the city was beautiful with lots of outdoor activities and we'll set up for the tourist without being overwhelming. Our apartment was wonderful and Henri our host couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. He advised us on where the local supermarket, markets and parking were and also pointed us in the right direction to what turned out to be our local sun drenched bar! The apartment itself was very charming with well set up amenities all working well and of good quality, the furnishing were lovely comfortable and clean and the Internet was great we did feel we were at home. The building itself is in the centre of town looking out onto the town hall square, it has no parking and has it's own unique feel. the apartment was on the top floor it does have a lift but we got our exercise in going up and down the very impressive and old wooden staircase.

This apartment was a perfect home base for my family's vacation in Vannes. Parking in the large paid lot just up the street (at Place de la Liberation) was less of a hassle than I thought it would be. The old town, all the sights, restaurants, etc. were within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was just right in every way for our weeklong stay--cozy, great view, a kitchen for home cooked meals, washer/dryer, and plenty of books for those days when you're tired of being a tourist and just want to relax with a cup of coffee and a fresh pastry by a window :)
