Charming coastal residence 328 yards away from the beach

We had a great stay here as a home base to explore up and down the alabaster coast. Kitchen has pretty well everything you need - and house is as seen in photos. Does bear mentioning that washroom are on main and third floor with 2 main bedrooms on second floor- so some stairs if you need to go in the middle of the night. Super easy walk to the beach. All parking in Fecamp is free- just be prepared to parallel park quickly if you find parking along road near the house- as it’s a main thoroughfare. Host was very responsive despite having had aime health challenges- she reached out several times and had lovely local cider dropped off to us. We would come back here again!

A very friendly and helpful host who set us up andade us feel very welcome. The house itself is well set up and is a great space for a family. It's a town house and faces a fairly busy road, but it's close to the seafront and we weren't aware of passing traffic once inside. It was a very rainy week so we didn't use the courtyard much but it look like a pleasant space for outdoor eating. Altogether a great town house over several floors.

Un accueil chaleureux , amical avec un hôte très sympathique, disponible et de bons conseils très utiles pour le séjour et les environs. Maison spacieuse avec tout ce qu'il faut sur place, dans la simplicité mais très complet. Situation presque idéale entre la plage et le port. Un grand merci à notre hôte et aussi son amie pour le parking privé occasionnel; mais aussi aux habitants et commerçants locaux de la ville et du port (pas la plage) pour leur gentillesse , leur simplicité et leur accueil

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub in Fécamp in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Patricia ist eine ganz tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so für den Alltag benötigt. Sie hat uns wirklich ganz tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Ihr Deutsch ist bei weitem besser, als mein Französisch. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

Gute fußläufige Lage zu Strand, Bäcker, Hafenbereich und Innenstadt. Wohnung gut ausgestattet, schöner Patio, Betten bequem. Parkmöglichkeiten waren zu unserer Reisezeit immer vorhanden. Bushaltestelle ca. 10 m entfernt (Le Havre, Yport und Étretat) - ideal für Küstenwanderungen. Die Gastgeberin Patricia war sehr charmant und hat uns gute Tipps gegen. Sie sprach besser deutsch als wir französisch. 🙂

Das Haus hat gelebten französischen Charme und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut, die Ausstattung auch, der Innenhof schön zum Draußenessen. Das Haus liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, der Lärm ist aber erträglich, einen Parkplatz muss man etwas suchen, findet aber immer einen in Fußnähe. Patricia ist eine sehr nette und sympathische Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation in einer Mischung aus Französisch, Englisch und Deutsch macht sehr viel Spaß.

This town house/row house, as we Americans would call it, was very well-located, convenient to the beach and promenade, as well as shops and restaurants. All of Patricia’s recommendations were great and we had a wonderful time exploring the area. The house was comfortable for us and had everything we needed. Thank you so much, Patricia, for your thoughtfulness and attention!

The large bedroom on the top floor had a very large adjacent bathroom. There was a good sized bedroom on the first floor for our single man who used the large shower room on the ground floor. There was plenty of sitting in the lounge area and the kitchen and facilities were ample for our needs. The pretty courtyard at the back was an added bonus. Patricia went out of her way to help us with a car problem ie she rang a garage for us and took us several miles to get the car repaired. We were so grateful for her generosity. The house is very conveniently situated. The sea and restaurants are close by. There is a short walk into the immediate shopping area with a small supermarket and baker etc. The main town area is a little further along and contains all the shops one expects. Restaurants and cafes are plentiful. The museum is charming. The surrounding area is delightful - plenty to explore. Dieppe is lovely. Great fun on dustbin day when the cars have to be moved to one side of the road - the locals were enthusiastically helpful! We parked the car in the road and we never had a problem finding a space. We would certainly return to the house again as we were very happy there and Patricia was an exceptional host.
