Charming Studio in heart of Nice Bright Wifi

😊: Nothing, terrible experience. 😢: We booked this apartment for three nights but couldn’t even stay for one. The smell was unbearable. The whole apartment smelled stale and smoky. The pillows smelled like old, dirty hair and were impossible to sleep on. There was also a hole in the bed. The apartment is old and worn, and most of the furniture looks like it came from a second-hand store. Some areas were dirty, including the toilet. There are only a fan and an old thing with a pice of ice out of the fridge that was supposed to cull the air, but they do very little to cool the apartment. The ceiling fan also has a very dim light. The entrance to the building is dirty and run-down, and you can hear everything happening in the hallway. It didn’t feel comfortable or safe. The parking is about 1 km away, and our car didn’t even fit properly in the parking space because we couldn’t open the door enough to get out. We left the apartment after about an hour, leaving everything in exactly the same condition as when we arrived, because it was simply impossible to stay there. Despite this, both the host and Booking.com ignored our repeated requests for a refund. No compensation was offered, and our concerns were dismissed..
