Charming studio mezzanine w/ large terrace - Nice

😢: The apartment in the photos looks modern and well-kept, but in reality it is much older and more run-down. The photos are clearly outdated and do not reflect the actual condition of the accommodation. The furniture and equipment are worn out, and the space was not as described in the listing. I believe the host should update the photos and description so that guests have a realistic picture of what to expect..

😊: Amazing location. Lovely terrace. Great shower! All we needed. Johanna was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.. 😢: Only minor thing was the pillows we found uncomfortable. But a very minor point!.
