Charming studio mezzanine w/ large terrace - Nice - One-Bedroom Apartment

It was a sweet experience,...<br>#128578; It’s a nice cozy apartment, safe neighborhood. The terrace was cute. The supermarket downstairs was very convenient. Apartment had all amenities. The apartment in general was easy to clean. The space is small but perfect for a small family.<br>#128577; The small room at the top floor is unusual so it made bathroom trips hard 😂. It is quite difficult to clean upstairs as you have to be on your knees to do so. The sofa in the apartment that opens to a bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on.

The apartment in general was easy to clean. The space is small but perfect for a small family.<br>#128577; The small room at the top floor is unusual so it made bathroom trips hard 😂. It is quite difficult to clean upstairs as you have to be on your knees to do so. The sofa in the apartment that opens to a bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Had memorable experiences visiting many...<br>#128578; The location is hard to better - close to promenade des anglais, close to old town, to market.. and close to the nice ville train station, which is very convenient and a time saver. The next door supermarket is also so valuable when you come late or leave early and need to grab a baguette, veggies, or even escargots precooked with basil pesto, for a quick 10 min bake in their oven nicely served on their charming patio to complete the picture of your séjour in France.<br>#128577; The mezzanine may not work for some but it’s okay with us.

The next door supermarket is also so valuable when you come late or leave early and need to grab a baguette, veggies, or even escargots precooked with basil pesto, for a quick 10 min bake in their oven nicely served on their charming patio to complete the picture of your séjour in France.<br>#128577; The mezzanine may not work for some but it’s okay with us.

Bien situé et très belle...<br>#128578; La grande terrasse et la situation<br>#128577; L’escalier pour monter au lit était très étroit,le lit par terre et le plafond de la chambre était à une hauteur de 3 pieds donc il fallait se plier pour se coucher. Il n’y avait pas de grille pain non plus comme spécifié sur l’annonce.
