Charming villa with sea view and heated swimming pool on the heights of GolfJuan

The house is wonderfull and peacefull, fully equiped with a lot of beautiful art. The terras is lovely, the pool beautiful and the view to the sea amazing!

Immaculately clean, with an excellent host; would definitely recommend

Excellent property - clean secure and comfortable with space for 10 to sit together inside and out; superbly equipped; superbly managed (Sandrine was wonderful and responsive); in an excellent location with stunning views … we didn’t hire a car but weren’t constrained … trains and Uber took the strain. Three minor points to note: The 5th room is in an annex attached to the garage - separately accessed - with no external windows or ventilation to the bedroom (perfect for teenage boys!);The pool is great but there are a list of rules longer than your arm about its usage (not so perfect for teenage boys!); andThere are obviously external CCTV cameras which we don’t recall being mentioned in the particulars. Oh, yes there are ants but not inside and nor excessively so outside … if you clean up after yourselves.

We had a perfect stay! The house was wonderful! Only thing to consider is that you need a car or need to use taxi. Thank you so much Sandrine for taking such good care of us!

What can I say about the view? Stunning. Everything was perfect. The house is amazing. Such a warm feeling villa. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths so for a girls trip of 4. It fit our needs perfectly. The house overlooks the swimming pool and town. Too bad we did not travel during the warmer months so we could utilize the swimming pool. There was nothing not provided. There is a washer and dryer in case you need it and hairdryers in every bath so we did not have to take up room in our suitcases for that. The kitchen had anything you could think you might need. A central location for visiting the towns of Antibes, Cannes, and Nice and just a little more driving to visit Eze and Monaco. The house sits behind gates and has an alarm system so you always feel safe. Sandrine was wonderful. Being from the U.S. and not being familiar with French roads we got lost as we arrived after dark. Sandrine came and met us and led us up to the house. She explained all we needed to know about the house and everything went off without a hitch. It was an easy process booking with Angelo and having him answer questions we wanted to know before we arrived there. We hope Angelo and Sandrine were as happy with us as we were with them. We hope we followed all directions required for turning the house back over to them as this property is a great VRBO and I would hate to see it removed from rental.
