😊: The apartment is very modern and clean, close to the Subway. The host was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely be back..

😊: Very cosy and conveniently located apartment. Direct metro access, parking available in the neighbourhood and safe and clean streets around. Building is equipped with an elevator, no need to drag a bag upstairs.

😊: NO AC… you can’t rent a B&B with NO AC, not even a portable AC… avoid this place during summer or you will badly regret it. Paris is hot and on top floors with an average of 30-35 degrees during the day and with a night temperature of 25 degrees it’s impossible to enjoy this place and will ruin your holiday. You will not sleep even with all windows open because the train station is just there running until 2 am with the additional noise of ambulances, motorbikes or shouting… if you close the windows, you will suffocate… Avoid this place over the summer or you will regret being there… During the day you are roaming around the city walking everywhere under the heat and when you get back to a burning “home”, you will question yourself if you are on holiday or in a prison camp where you have to suffer for something that you have done! Yes, I did not check for AC before booking but the point is that in a Paris B&B you MUST have AC!. 😢: NO AC, not having an Air Conditioning in Paris over the summer is not acceptable!.

😊: Location and proximity to transport, supermarkets, restauranrs and a Boulangerie downstairs. The apartment was compact but provided most necessities including detergent for the washing machine. It was handy to have Irene on site for any questions and it is in a quiet area and felt very safe.. 😢: Minor detail but maybe a couple of sharp knives in the kitchen..
